Q: What led you to pursue a career in your current field, and how has your professional journey evolved over time?
I made a huge mistake in the people operations & leadership department early in my career. With hard work, dedication & attention to learning I have evolved to become a thoughtful people leader & salesperson that is obsessed with helping organizations stabilize culture and propel growth.
Q: What was the most challenging project you worked on in your career? How did you overcome any obstacles to achieve a successful outcome?
Building my career again after losing a 7 figure organization. I overcame the obstacles by dedicating my life to learning & research.
Q: What motivates you to come to work every day, and how do you stay engaged and enthusiastic about your job?
Helping organizations understand the capabilities of their employees is super exciting and important for me and brings me energy.
Q: Can you share a defining moment in your life or career that has shaped who you are as a person (rather than a worker)?
Being raised by a single mother showed me the value and importance of hard work.
Q: How do you maintain a work-life balance, and what activities or hobbies do you enjoy outside of work?
Football baby I love it.

Focus on learning, focus on people first, build processes to scale your efforts but never forget to embed a humanistic energy to your work.
